The hotel had warm rooms and very amiable staff. the atmosphere was quiet. the location was excellent, near the center with easy access to a market and shops.

the location is excellent in a shopping area, so close to duisburg for one night, and city center with restaurants and shops. the staff is really helpful and affable, and the owner too. liked our stay here and would come here again.

Poor Communication: It was quite frustrating that the staff didn't speak English as fluently as advertised. It made it challenging to communicate effectively during my stay.
